Welcome to the Technology for Real Estate Professionals Blog!

This blog will show real estate professionals how they can use new technology to save money, save time, reduce the possibility of mistakes, look more professional, and generate more business. If a new technology doesn't satisfy at least two of those five requirements, it probably isn't worth the time and expense needed to adopt it.

This blog will also provide marketing information and strategies because without business, you don't need to invest time and money in new technology.

My name is Frank Jewett. I've been working with computers for over twenty years. I started working in the software industry in 1994. Over the next ten years I did everything from needs analysis to interface design to programming to systems integration to training clients on how to use our custom learning platform.

In 2005, I decided to join the real estate industry estate industry because I believe it will never be outsourced and because real estate revenues tend to keep pace with inflation. I joined the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® as their first WINForms® and RELAY™ coordinator.

In 2006, I joined Old Republic Title Company as their Marketing and Technology Consultant for Santa Clara County.

Now I've started my own training company, Technology for Real Estate Professionals. I believe that real estate professionals can learn how to use and benefit from new technologies when those technologies are presented in a way that focuses on their processes and addresses their concerns.

I offer Technology for Real Estate Professionals courses at the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®. I provide technology and marketing training that makes sense.
